We are looking for a dynamic and highly proactive Executive / Personal Assistant to provide personal and business support to our CEO, Andy McCune.
The ideal candidate is a meticulous self-starter who embodies the philosophy that "the way you do anything is the way you do everything." They will handle critical responsibility across all aspects of the principal's life. This role requires someone who takes pride in their work, approaches everything with the same attention to detail, and thrives on anticipating needs before they arise.
The ideal candidate must excel in both business and personal capacities, demonstrating high business aptitude while maintaining an equal commitment to supporting personal tasks—truly embodying the dual nature of the role. This person is exceptionally organized and obsesses over building systems to solve problems efficiently and optimize daily operations.
Requirements:
At least 5+ years of experience as an Executive and/or Personal Assistant, supporting an entrepreneur or high-profile individual.
Committed to a long-term professional relationship over multiple years
Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
Self-motivated problem-solver who works independently and anticipates needs
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal abilities
High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
Tech-savvy with proficiency in modern software applications
Adaptable to shifting priorities and last-minute requests
Schedule flexibility, including weekends as needed
Availability to travel to the Hamptons residence as needed
Comfortable with pet care
Valid driver's license
Responsibilities:
Business Support:
Assist with administrative tasks (scheduling, internal communications)
Manage business email correspondence and calendar
Provide project management support for business initiatives
Support research and outreach efforts for new opportunities
Coordinate with key business stakeholders and partners
Assist with documentation and information management
Help with event planning and logistics for the team
Assist with hiring and recruitment processes
Help coordinate between business and personal schedules
Organize office space and arrangements
Serve as Office Manager — organize office space, supplies, and daily operations
Personal Support:
Manage personal email correspondence and calendar
Act as a gatekeeper of principal's time and commitments
Plan travel, gatherings, and special occasions
Make reservations for restaurants, events, and entertainment
Schedule personal appointments
Handle mail, packages, returns
Assist with pet care including appointments
Source and purchase gifts and other items as needed
Manage grocery deliveries and meal coordination
Pay bills and help manage personal finances
Ensure homes in NYC and Hamptons are well-maintained
Manage all aspects of household operations, including vendors and contractors
Obtain bids for home repair projects and oversee their execution

Overview
Schedule: Mon-Fri, general business hours with flexibility, weekends as needed
Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000
Benefits: Premium health insurance including dental and vision.
Location: Primarily in Soho/Tribeca with travel to the Hamptons as needed
